Our pecans are shipped
satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your shipment,
you may return the shipment for full credit or refund. Please contact us prior
to making a return... phone, FAX, or E-Mail... You will be responsible only for
actual shipping charges.

Shipping charges are calculated
on each item at time the order is placed. It is our policy to keep
shipping charges reasonable.

We use US Postal Service and UPS
GroundTrac service. Normally, orders are shipped within one business day from
the date the order is received. We try our best to send your order the fastest
and cheapest way possible. If you have a shipping preference, you can choose it
from your shopping cart.
If you do not receive your order
within a "reasonable" length of time from the time the order is
placed, call us at 1-832-692-8568, or E-Mail us at services@pecanhillgroves.com
and we will trace the shipment.
We do not ship C.O.D. and do not
deliver to a P.O. box via UPS.

return policy. Satisfaction with your shipment is guaranteed. If you are not
happy with an item you received from us, then we don't want you to have to pay
for it. You may return the item or shipment for full credit or refund; however,
no return will be accepted without prior approval. If you wish to return an
item, give us a toll free call, or e-mail for approval.

If you do not like to use credit
cards on the internet, you can send your order by FAX or place it via
telephone. Our shopping cart also accepts online checks.
We accept VISA, MasterCard,
Discover, American Express, Money Orders, Checks, and OnLine Checks.
If you send a personal check, we
will hold your order until the check clears our bank, usually 10 days. Again,
sorry, no COD shipments will be made.
